About Kuoraf’s Founder

With more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, operations, and executive leadership, Kuoraf’s founder, Yasmin, understands that successful workplaces are built around people.

Throughout her career, Yasmin has held senior leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Director of HR & Operations. Her experience spans recruitment, employee relations, workplace culture, organizational growth, strategic planning, and supporting businesses through change, including mergers and acquisitions.

After stepping away from full-time executive leadership in 2024, Yasmin began focusing on consulting, working more directly with individuals and organizations. Her experience across industries, including insurance, hospitality, tourism, and professional services, has reinforced her belief that practical, approachable HR support can make a meaningful difference.

That belief inspired Kuoraf — a place where job seekers can discover opportunities and access personalized career guidance, while employers can connect with talent and receive experienced HR support without the need for a full-time HR department.
